We are looking to grow our company and teams with the smartest people in the world and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team!
NVIDIA Solution Architects are the first line of technical expertise connecting NVIDIA to partners and customers, demonstrating how NVIDIA technologies can help customers realize goals and overcome obstacles. Solutions Architect Interns team up with experienced Solution Architects working with our newest software and hardware platforms. Internships can involve robotics, machine learning, computer vision, AI model training, AI inference applications, and more. You might have the opportunity to build AI blueprints using the latest foundation models and NVIDIA development tools, bring Omniverse scenarios to life, or focus on optimizing the performance and reliability of data center networks.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating with other solution architects, engineering or product teams, and understanding technical needs
Developing proof of concept projects with NVIDIA technologies that have recently become generally available
Teaming up with experienced Solutions Architects to help customers and industry-specific solution partners adopt and build solutions using NVIDIA technology
What we need to see:
Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Math, Physics, Data Science, or related technical fields
Strong programming skills in one or more high level languages (Python, C, C++, etc.)
Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in working independently as well as with a multi-functional team
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong desire to share knowledge
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries, working with engineering or research community
A computer architecture, software engineering, or data science foundation
Academic or industry familiarity with GPUs, AI, CUDA, or related technologies
Ability and eagerness to dig into unfamiliar territories to tackle problems relying on experience from previous work
Experience with modern deep learning software architectures including TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or other frameworks
This posting represents multiple Solutions Architect Internships in Santa Clara, CA. Some examples are listed below. Apply to this job posting if any suit your background and career aspirations.
Generative AI Internship
Work on exciting projects and proof-of-concepts focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models! This internship is an excellent opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary team with the new technologies and software libraries at NVIDIA such as NeMo Framework, NeMo Microservices and NVIDIA NIM. Bring your knowledge of theory and practice of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Deep Learning at scale, and a familiarity with parallel programming and distributed computing platforms to make the most of this internship.
Data Center and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Internship
Bring new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to use in the field as a Solutions Architect Intern working on the Data Center and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure teams. Your work will encompass the entire data center architecture, as you will touch hardware, operating systems and application software. You will help design data centers for hyper scale consumption of AI solutions. You will use cloud native tooling such as Kubernetes, Terraform and Helm to deploy and optimize accelerated computing workloads on various hybrid cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and others.
Cloud and Data Center Advanced Networking Internship
If you are enthusiastic about accelerating computing (CPU, GPU) and networking (Switch, DPU) technologies and how it can be applied to the real world, this may be the internship for you. Apply if you've had hands-on experience with data center architectures, and with L2-L7 networking protocol stack. Experience working with both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure is a plus, as is system-level familiarity with both hardware and software.
Omniverse Internship
In this role you will be part of a team that works with customers to enable their journey consuming NVIDIA Omniverse, a platform that delivers digital twins targeted to industrial customers. This internship touches all layers of the solution across 3D asset creation, data pipelining, rendering visualization, application orchestration, infrastructure optimization and solution design. You will gain experience engaging with customers on real-world implementation of USD pipelines and Generative AI tools. Exposure to 3D solutions including USD file format and OpenUSD pipelines is a plus.
Robotics Internship
As a Robotics Solutions Architect intern, you'll be working with aspects such as deep learning, perception, motion planning, physics-based simulation, software in the loop testing. Projects might involve building blueprint examples for synthetic data generation or reinforcement learning, multimodal robotics foundation model workflow testing, performance benchmarking of AI Robotics workloads or workflow automation for software in the loop pipelines. Familiarity with Robotics tools like Robotics Operating System (ROS) and Gazebo, deep learning architectures like OpenVLA, Reinforcement learning for synthetic data generation and frameworks like MuJoCo are a plus.
Sensor Processing Internship
Work closely with solution architects and field application engineers on real hardware and software designs linking high-performance sensors to a digital twin in Omniverse! You will work with a skilled team developing and demonstrating new geospatial, signal, radar and RF processing pipelines as proof of concepts (POC). You will participate in a team project that fuses multi-modal sensor inputs into one digital twin, to create a common operating picture. We will then use that digital twin to do planning and prediction, train robots, etc.
Cybersecurity Internship
Cybersecurity interns help ISVs and partners accelerate their next-generation cybersecurity applications using NVIDIA Morpheus. The ideal candidate should have a data science background and a familiarity with developing parallel processing applications in Python. They should have a foundational understanding of various cybersecurity principles such as anomaly detection, threat analysis, and Data Loss Prevention. The candidate will collaborate closely with other solutions architects and engineer teams to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance the detection and response capabilities of security applications.
The hourly rate for our interns is 18 USD - 71 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience. You will also be eligible for Internbenefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
