SENIOR SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER (RTL Design)
THE ROLE:
As part of AIG silicon team, you will have opportunity to work with some of the most talented and passionate engineers to create designs that push the performance, efficiency and scalability. THE PERSON:
As a RTL Design engineer, you will work with architects to conceive design, develop and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with architect to undersand concept and high level requirements
- Convert spec to RTL using internal and external IPs
- Plan and deliver RTL per timelines
- Support verification teams with testing and debug, review of testplans and devise testing strategy
- Need to work closely with PD teams and implement the design changes based on feedback
- Provide technical support across global teams
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Very good understanding and experience in digital design concepts, timing analysis, ASIC frontend methodologies
- Familiarity with Verilog, VDHL and SystemVerilog
- Experience in SOC integration, quality checks and on-time delivery to DV and physical design teams
- Hands on front-end design of complex multi clock domain blocks
- Expertise with quality checks like CDC, Lint, RDC, LEC
- Good understanding of AMBA protocols, clocking and reset
- Knowlege on data/control fabrics, NOC concepts is a plus
- Self-driven and motivated
- Good communication and great collaboration skills across global teams
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of work experience in relevant areas
