We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven AI Business Process CSP Scale Practice Lead – formerly known as Dynamics- to drive the scale motion for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners and accelerate the adoption of agentic AI capabilities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. CSP partners are pivotal in scaling the AI Workforce vision, especially in the Small and Medium Enterprise & Corporate (SME&C) segment. They serve not only as trusted advisors but also enable purchase and adoption of technology, guiding customers through AI transformation journeys and enabling them to unlock the full value of AI workforce solutions. 
 
This role will be responsible for design, activation and amplification of CSP partner investments across GTM and Enablement programs – to drive this exciting market development effort.​​ 

To be successful in this role, you will need to partner closely with AI Business Process partner practice leads, product marketing, engineering, and MCAPS teams to build and execute winning go-to-market plans and enablement strategies – to achieve CSP revenue growth and customer acquisition.
