The Strategic Sourcing Group plays a pivotal role within the Devices organization. This Principal Sourcing Engineer - Devices of Tier 1 strategic sourcing position will help strengthen Microsoft’s hardware capabilities by leading strategies that deliver meaningful business advantages.

We’re seeking candidates with deep expertise in contract manufacturing and ODM services, comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations, and end-to-end product development lifecycle experience. This role involves regular engagement with senior executives, business acumen, strategic thinking, and industry insight are essential.

Success in this role will be measured by the definition and execution of Tier 1 strategy, competitiveness of negotiated manufacturing and service costs, strength of business relationships, and performance of Tier 1 partners.
