Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Seattle, Washington. Conduct analysis on Siri’s vast data to inform product development and user experience improvements. Conduct analytics projects that involve measurement and analysis of Siri User experience. Find patterns in data by building statistical distributions. Extract information out of large and complex datasets through Hive, Spark tools. Define success metrics and work with engineers to instrument these metrics. Build data visualizations and dashboards for product teams to help decision making. Conduct monthly metrics review meetings with senior stakeholders. Conduct exploratory analysis to find product opportunities and inform product roadmap. Instrument data pipelines needed for regular reporting. Monitor data quality and ensure data elements for metrics are accurate. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $174,117 - $243,300/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • SQL
  • Python or R
  • Tableau
  • Big data tools such as Spark
  • Metrics Development
  • Statistical Data Analysis
