We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take charge of building platforms that elevate our Attestation and Confidential Compute strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the software including NVIDIA's open-source software (OSS) repositories, adding new features to our tools and guiding the project's roadmap to align with user needs and goals. Additionally, you will apply your expertise in security, cloud technologies, and distributed systems to oversee the design, development, and management of Attestation Services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Expand and scale up NVIDIA's strategy of enabling our partners and customers that demonstrate NVIDIA's Confidential Compute software and tools.

  • Take ownership of the software that include NVIDIA's OSS platform by managing its engineering, roadmap, releases, resolving issues, and steering the project's roadmap.

  • Define the development, testing, merging, and release strategy, including, reviewing pull requests, and updating CLI tools to introduce new features and resolve existing issues in attestation software.

  • Ensure compatibility with the latest operating system versions, address security issues and vulnerabilities, and maintain the highest standards for all tools.

  • Work closely with engineering teams develop and implement a cohesive solution for attestation services organization-wide.

  • Build secure cloud architecture using NVIDIA's private cloud and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Design and build microservices deployed in containerized environments using Kubernetes/Docker.

  • Contribute to and apply unified cloud service frameworks by building modular, re-usable components.

What we need to see :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing software engineering solutions, preferably in product development.

  • Proven experience in leading open-source projects, including issue tracking, code reviews, and roadmap development, is a strong plus.

  • Solid programming experience with Python, and related frameworks.

  • Strong experience in building scalable and reliable REST APIs.

  • Experience with Java and relevant frameworks such as Spring Framework.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management tools.

  • Experience with AuthN/AuthZ concepts and frameworks to secure production and corporate access, such as SSO, SAML Federated Identity, RBAC, IAM policies, etc.

  • Background with building and maintaining distributed and scalable solutions deployed in multiple cloud data centers, regions, and availability zones.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with architecting and deploying security services on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, including hybrid private-public cloud architecture.

  • Solid understanding of cryptographic algorithms, such as hashing, signing, and certificate generation.

  • Background with Go programming language.

  • Experience with threat modeling using tools such as Microsoft Threat Modeling Tool

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
