Job Description

  • Non-sales commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content and supporting HCPs. Purpose to improve the impact of our medicines and vaccines on patients and society. Create better customer experience.

    • Drive deeper engagement on educational and scientific content, including disease state and AMR discussions.
    • Pivotal in integrating diagnosis tests / solutions in health systems to ensure timely and appropriate diagnosis of anti-infectives
    • Be Patient Advocacy Group / disease societies / support groups connector to support patient education & patient access programs

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content
    • Streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
    • Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms
      (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
    • Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
    • Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise
    • Improve service provided along with design expertise
    • Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy

    Highly specialized stakeholders with strong background to navigate in the respective category spectrum

    • HCPs: Engage in meaningful scientific discussion with targeted HCP to drive disease awareness (E.g sepsis, pneumonia) and assist HCPs in navigating the complex healthcare reimbursement policies in the in-patinet setting.
    • Diagnosis: Pivotal in integrating diagnosis tests (PCR rapid diagnostics, Antimicrobial susceptibility testing) in health systems to  ensure timely diagnosis with appropriate facility set up to ensure early diagnosis and treatment for better patient outcome
    • Adoption: Rare/unstandardised treatment guidelines require real-time discussion with HCPs on the optimal treatment options available in the market
    • Advocate: Be Patient Advocacy Group connector in supporting patient education & collective voice from the ground (I.e. immunocompromised patient associations such as Bone Marrow Society, Action for AIDS)
    • Increase reach to Peripheral stakeholders: Medical social workers, ASP Pharmacists, Procurement officers for introduction of drugs available (new drugs or bided tenders or SDL/MAF), patient programs and partnership programs with societies (Singapore Infectious Disease Society).  Di
    • Sandboxing: Community Care Services is establishing thus potential to have market expansion
    • Provides direct access subject matter expertise for HCPs regarding “All I need to know about my medicine” for specialised medication-specific support, that can go directly to customer
    • Collaborates effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical, Reimbursement and Key Account Management, to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives. Able to use triaging protocols and digital apps to create rapid connections with appropriate SMEs to address customer inquiries
