Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3 years of experience managing client-facing projects to completion experience troubleshooting clients technical issues while working with engineering teams, sales, services, and customers.
  
• Experience with SAP technologies (such as SAP HANA,SAP Netweaver, Solution Manager, SAP Business Suite, Business Warehouse, SAP Hybris, etc.), their architecture, and infrastructure.
  
• Experience with SAP Operating System and Database migrations, downtime optimisations and backup strategies.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA / M.S. degree in Computer Science or engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Certified in Cloud.
  
• 5 years of experience demonstrating technical client service.
  
• Experience in SAP Basis with direct implementing projects for live SAP environments on public cloud, and architecting around core production concepts (Sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, multi-tenancy, scale out and scale up architectures, clustering etc.).
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication, written, presentation and problem solving skills.

Description

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google\'s online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google\'s partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

As a SAP Cloud Consultant, you will work directly with Google’s strategic customers on projects to provide management, consulting and technical advisory to customer engagements while working with client executives and technical leaders to deploy solutions on Google’s Cloud Platform.

You will work with Google\'s partners servicing customer accounts to manage projects, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best practice expertise. To be successful, you know how to navigate ambiguity, have extensive experience working with cloud technologies, have technical and enjoy working with client executives. You also possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Travel approximately 25% of the time for client engagements.

• Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of cloud solutions becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.
  
• Work with internal specialists, product, and engineering teams to package lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
  
• Manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes by interacting with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders. 
  
• Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development based on your field experience.
  
• Propose architectures for SAP products and manage the deployment of cloud-based SAP solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
