Data Operations Specialist (Contractor 1 year)
Job Description
Data Operations Specialists who will be accountable for the delivery of all data processes in scope of the Global Operations Services Center. The processes in scope support commercial and marketing back-office and consultancy activities such as master data management, sales &activity reporting, e-permissions, incentive calculation, tools & application day to day administration, process design and working with peers across the team.
- Enable customer segmentation, sales force sizing, call plans and sales performance projections.
- Build efficient and optimized sales team structures, reporting hierarchies and geographical boundaries (maps)
- Manage and administer in scope Customer Facing Colleague & Marketing related applications.
- Propose and deliver solution ideas for any problems and issues faced.
- Take appropriate / compliant risks to advance innovative processes and methodologies for moderately complex problems with supervisory support where needed.
- Contribute to the standardization, optimization and automation towards higher efficiency, better service quality, and faster solution provisioning.
- Ensure the collection and provision of service delivery data and insights to support further service delivery optimization, effectiveness of daily service delivery operations and to provide insight for Commercial Ops
- Ensure the usage of Commercial Ops service delivery tools and platforms.
- Ensure all service delivery – wherever applicable - meets agreed in place quality plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to meet compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Defines priorities and allocates resources to drive efficient and effective HCP engagement
- Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan.
- Follow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team.
- Develop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data process in scope.
Qualifications:
- Preferably experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
- Proficient in both English and Thai
- Analytical skills with eagerness to take initiative.
- Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas, parameters)
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player.
- Understanding of cultural differences and desire to work in a multicultural environment.
- High level of independent and service oriented working attitude.
- Preferable knowledge in CRM & commercial tools such as Salesforce.com, Cegedim-MI, Veeva Vault, etc.
