Within Azure Data, the Microsoft Fabric platform team builds and maintains the operating system and provides customers a unified data stack to run an entire data estate. The platform provides a unified experience, unified governance, enables a unified business model and a unified architecture. 

The Fabric OneLake team is looking for a Principal Software Engineer that will be working on some of the coolest and hardest problems to solve such as making One Lake one stop shop for any data from any cloud, On Prem or in cloud, any format (ex: CSV or Parquet) while keeping the One Copy promise. This sub team's mission is to make it seamless for the end users to stitch together data from multiple sources and formats and consume that through a simple OneLake interface from any and all Fabric engines (such as Spark, Semantic Models etc.).
